Delivery on all books is free! Therefore, the price you see on any book on Bookfari.com is the total cost to you, the customer. In order to provide free delivery to you however, we are unable to provide tracking on these shipments. Currently we’re just delivering to Australia only, but we’re hoping to expand our plans for global
domination shipping soon.
Our books are located in a few different warehouses around the world, meaning shipping times can vary. If your book is shipping from the UK, your book will take around 10-15 business days for delivery. If it’s shipping from the US, it can take 10-20 business days for delivery. If it’s shipping from Australia, then you’ll only have to wait 2-3 business days for delivery! Hooray!
Unfortunately, accidents do happen! So if you have been unlucky enough to receive the wrong book, or your book is unacceptably damaged, please contact customer service within 10 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue for you ASAP. Just send us a friendly email at email@example.com and we’ll make it right.
If you haven’t received your literary goodies within 30 calendar days of placing your order, please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. If we have not been notified within 40 days of the order being placed, Bookfari cannot accept any liability for the lost order.
If you wish to return or exchange an order that you purchased, please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you out. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, unless we have delivered the book to you in error, or it’s faulty.
